Audrey's Fundraiser

Hi, my moms name is Audrey and she has recently been diagnosed with cancer (squamous cell carcinoma). For those who have been through this before, you know how helpless this news can make you feel.

Audrey is a mother of 2, with 2 grandchildren who she moved to Cold Lake to be closer to. She has worked at the Cold Lake and Bonnyville registries since moving from Calgary and is well known in the community. My mom will be needing to travel for treatment and she has had to move out of her home to reduce expenses. She has worked very hard her whole life to take care of herself and her family, and has never been the type to ask for help . My mom is blessed to have a strong support system, and family and friends to help with the emotional pressures of her journey, but she also needs help from the community to relieve the financial pressures.

Any contributions made are deeply appreciated and will go towards travel expenses, medical expenses and bills while she is unable to work. We want to thank everyone who has reached out to offer support during this difficult time.
