DJ Hall - His Fight is Our Fight

From the moment we met DJ, not even knowing his story, we knew he was an Amazing young man. Then we found out when he was fifteen he was diagnosed with Ewings Sarcoma. He had a cancerous tumor in his right leg that spread into lymph nodes in his upper right thigh and lungs. After a year of aggressive chemotherapy and then eight months of radiation to right leg and lungs, he got to announce that he was cancer free! He was cancer free for two years until the cancer came back in his right lung. They immediately did lung surgery to remove the cancer.  After surgery he was told he must do chemotherapy again. After six more months of chemo he was cancer free again.  Six months later his cancer came back in the same spot they took it out. It is smaller then a dime in his right lung. He was told that he was a different case because usually when Ewings sarcoma comes back it spreads all over the body but his cancer is localized. The doctors recommended he take an experimental route for chemo trying to starve the blood vessels from feeding the cancer in his lung.  Hoping to kill it or keep it from spreading so they could once again remove it. After doing the experimental chemo and a surgery to remove the lower part of lung where the cancer returned, his cancer has now returned again at bottom of lung and in chest cavity. This past week he was given some devastating news for anyone, much less a young man who should have his whole life ahead of him. Last options are to take an oral chemo and radiation to try and stop the growth. Although DJ was a child when he originally began this fight, he is now a young adult and help is limited for him.  He is a hard worker, but can't work and the bills, travel expenses, medicine, co-pays, etc are piling up.  We also are asking that if you are not able to donate and help, that you will please pray for a miracle!
