thank you all for your kind donations. We had to pull out of escrow when we learned that the acreage we were trying to buy was under the Williamson act. We were not aware of the fact (nor were the realtors) that you could not develop on land that is under this conservation act so we are again working with two nonprofits who will partner with us to build our village. Please stay tuned as we push forward to house at least 50 more homeless folks in our model sustainable community village of tiny houses!
