In 2024, my mom was diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal cancer. By the time it was discovered, it had already spread to her liver, causing her intense and constant pain. Doctors gave her just 4–6 months to live.
Hearing that was devastating. As a high school student, I was suddenly forced to face the unimaginable reality of losing my mom. Every day became a battle—not just for her physically, but for me emotionally, trying to stay strong while carrying that fear.
In late spring of 2024, she began traditional chemotherapy. But we were soon told that this wouldn’t be a temporary fight—she would have to remain on these harsh treatments indefinitely, until either the cancer stopped responding or her body could no longer endure it.
But as a family grounded in faith, we knew that wasn’t the final word.
We believe in a God who is greater than any diagnosis. A God who brings hope when situations seem hopeless. And we held onto the truth that nothing is impossible through Jesus Christ.
So I started searching—refusing to believe this was her only option.
That search led us to Envita, a cancer center in Scottsdale, Arizona. Not only are they advancing innovative treatments, but they are also rooted in faith. From the moment we found them, we felt this was where God was leading us.
Since beginning treatment there, we have seen real progress. Through countless prayers and unwavering hope, my mom is getting stronger day by day.
Recently, we received incredible news: she is a candidate for a groundbreaking procedure called CIPI (Chemo Immuno Precision Injections).
This advanced treatment targets tumors that traditional chemotherapy struggles to reach. By delivering medication directly into the tumor, CIPI has the potential to dramatically increase effectiveness—offering hope in cases where surgery isn’t an option, like my mom’s.
This could be life-changing for her.
But there is one major obstacle: the cost.
That’s why I’m reaching out.
If you are able, please consider donating to help my mom receive this treatment. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us one step closer to giving her a real chance at healing and more time with the people who love her.
Cancer may be powerful—but we believe in a name that is greater.
"That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow… and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."
— Philippians 2:10–11
