Shelvin was a person who touched many lives! Rather the good times or the bad times Shelvin always kept a smile on anyone’s face! Shelvin was taken from us in a tragic car accident on May 8th, a day we will all never forget! With this being said we are asking for donations to help his family pay for his funeral! All proceeds will be sent to the Keller Family
