Honoring Reach for the Stars Learning Center

Extended Home Care (EHC) is a New York State Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) that is dedicated to servicing our special needs population by providing physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and nursing services to those in need.

Extended Home Care is honoring Reach for the Stars Learning Center in Brooklyn, NY. Reach for the Stars is a non-profit, private learning center for those who are on the Autism Spectrum, ranging from ages 5-21 years old.

100% of all funds collected using this Go Fund Me page will benefit Reach for the Stars directly.
