Honoring Pedro Avila’s Life: Funeral & Legacy Fund
On Monday February 2nd, our beloved family man and long time service worker, Pedro Francisco Avila Ceh had an accident and passed away.
Grandparent and father of 3 daughters, he will be missed at home; all the laughs and trips taken, specially getting to experience his greatest love language and his passion for cooking in his kitchen.
We also loved to see him create connections and serve others in the 25+ years that he served in the restaurant industry. He had a lot of happiness and love to give. Nothing made him happier than to cater to others and build long time friendships. With a heart of gold, his contagious laugh and smile can never be replaced .
These fund will help with funeral, burial, travel, and family support expenses.
He will be transported and buried in his homeland of Oxkutzcab, Yucatan where he always had intentions of going back to and one day opening his own restaurant.
Pedro was a cherished, longtime member of the Fog City Diner family. He is remembered, honored, and deeply revered by those who worked alongside him.
