On Tuesday October 13th we lost a great man, our awesome stepdad Kevin Kanz. His illnesses began only 5 short weeks ago, so needless to say losing him was shocking and unexpected. He was an amazing Husband, Father, Grandfather, Stepfather, Brother, Uncle & Friend. Kevin was funny, intelligent, loving and had a heart of gold. Everybody LOVED Kevin!

The loss of her beloved husband has left our Mom Drena and his children shocked, overwhelmed and left with medical bills. We know Kevin had so many people who adored him and we are all at a loss of how to go on without him and how we can afford to give him the send off that he so deserves.

“Kevin loved his family, and nothing brought him more joy than being Pop Pop. His grandchildren held a special place in his heart, and he treasured the time spent with them. Being their Pop Pop was one of his proudest and most cherished roles.

Kevin lived life with humor, heart, and a personality that was impossible to forget. He was the guy who could walk into a room full of strangers and leave knowing half of them. The one who always had something to say, usually something funny, and who could make you laugh even when you didn't feel like smiling.

He leaves behind a lifetime of stories, countless laughs, and memories that will be shared for generations.“
