For The Hague Family- Held a Moment but Loved a Lifetime ♥️
Donazione protetta
My name is Stephanie Horoski, and I met the Hague family approximately two years ago through our boys' daycare. My now 3-year-old son received an email inviting him to their son's birthday party. He hadn't started the daycare yet, but when I explained that to them, they graciously still welcomed my child to the party. Since that day, the Hague family has continued to show us what a warm, loving, and accepting family they are. I have loved the friendship we have built as parents navigating all the ups and downs of parenthood, and even more so, I have loved watching my son make his first friend through their son.
A few months ago, I remember Beverly excitedly telling me that they were welcoming another baby into their family and the hopes of what growing their family would look like for the new child as well as their 3-year-old. The excitement and love-filled laughter only grew as we would see each other or text about how it was going, and she informed me they were having twins! Of course, there were some anxieties that always come when welcoming two littles at the same time into the world, but even on the days when she may not have been feeling her best, Beverly glowed with love for the lives she was growing within her.
As with life, extreme joy is sometimes met with so much sorrow. At 24 weeks and 2 days old, through an emergency c-section, the Hague family welcomed two beautiful boys into their lives. Devastatingly, a few moments later, Dante Allen departed from this world. Without even being given a beat, they had to also focus on Diego Roland as he was rushed to the NICU.
For the last 8 days, I have seen a little boy fight for his life harder than I have ever seen most people fight for anything in this world. He would have hopeful moments met by extreme fears as his family fought beside him day and night. Following an emergency procedure on March 20th, little Diego lost his battle and went home to be with the Lord and his twin brother. I'm sure they are now both awaiting the day they can embrace their strong, loving, and beautiful family again.
No family should have to experience such a profound loss, and the Hague family certainly should not have had to either. Today, I am asking for help in raising funds to cover the costs of the medical bills and burial procedures that will arise in the following months. It has been my honor to share their story, and if together, we could for a moment ease some of the financial burden for them... I don't know of many others more deserving.
So please, share, donate, and pray for the Hague’s as they continue to navigate their new realities and can focus on simply healing and continuing to be the family we know and love without fear of the bills to follow.
