Honor Aspen's Legacy and Support His Son
Donation protected
It is with a shattered heart that I come before you, humbly asking if you could help honor my son, Aspen Crouch. Aspen was born with a rare heart disease called restrictive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. It is hereditary. His father, Jesse Wayne Crouch, passed away in 2015 at the age of 36 from it. His grandfather, Jesse Wayne Crouch, died at 29.
I'm asking for any type of donation to help with the final expenses for my son.
Aspen wanted to celebrate his life with friends, family, all the talented musicians he was so honored to play with, his two managers, Jimmy "The Ninja Cowboy" Chaikong and the late Shane Stinger, and the behind-the-scenes people that helped him along the way to living his dream. Aspen was a very talented singer, songwriter, and musician. His passion for music was inspiring, and the love he had for his son, Abel, was priceless. Aspen impacted so many people's lives. He was a hero in every essence of the word. He was loyal, one of the most kind, generous, raw, and genuine people to walk this earth. His smile was contagious, and his laugh was infectious. He was so funny, the life of the party! You would hardly catch Aspen without a guitar in his hand, and when you did, he was under a car working on them. To know Aspen is to know LOVE. He fought his whole life with this disease and never once let it change who he was. He lived life on his terms and did not let it define nor hinder him in any way. His music will be eternal for the world to hear through YouTube, Spotify, iTunes, just about anywhere you can find him, either playing a show, recording, or just being goofy on Facebook.
I am needing help to make his Celebration of Life possible. Aspen always wanted to give back, and he did! His final wishes were to be cremated and his ashes put in the soil of an Eastern Redbud tree to be planted back into this earth. A complete circle of life. I am truly beyond honored to be his mom. I'm also at a loss for words. I want to thank the people who have already stepped up and are helping with Aspen's wishes. I'm still tremendously short of what we need to pull this off. If God has put it on your heart to donate, thank you! If all you can do is share this page, thank you! We have final expenses, bills, continued care for his son, food, and housing we are still trying to maintain. Thank you once again!
And for his 6-year-old autistic son that he leaves behind, a beautiful mini-me of Aspen, who is really missing his dad and not understanding what has happened.
