I am thrilled to have the privilege to run the 122nd Boston Marathon to raise funds for the Hopkinton Hillers Class of 2018! Why?
My family has lived & watched the Boston Marathon start in our quaint, little town of Hopkinton, MA for 23 years. During that time, I have seen many students grow, mature, and accomplish so much in their young lives. The HHS Class of 2018 (which includes my youngest of three sons) has many bright and community-oriented students whom I have come to know through town-wide activities, teaching religion at St. John's, attending their sporting events & after-school activities/club events. Raising funds will allow this graduating class to complete their final community-service activities for Hopkinton High School and the town before they go into the world!
Your support will mean a lot to me as I am really just a 5k runner. My GOALS for this run are to:
(1) Raise $5,500.00 for the HHS Class of 2018!
(2) Finish.
(3) Finish in daylight.
(4) Get free banana at the end.
