Hello, my name is Candace, and this amazing man is my Daddy, Pastor Henry L. Chapman. Truly a hometown hero in his way, my Daddy loved everyone no matter who it was—he never met a stranger. He served as the band booster club president for many years at St. John's High School and Darlington High School, a provisional building inspector for the city of Darlington, and a residential home builder for many years. Daddy served in the community with various outreach programs, including the ministry he and Mama began—Restoration Outreach Ministries.

 

After a battle with extenuating health conditions, he overcame them and moved to heaven on Thursday, December 30, 2021. Due to those same conditions, he's been unable to secure life insurance. His beloved wife of 43 years, Mrs. Annie, now requires immediate help covering funeral expenses. Pastor Henry L. Chapman is survived by his loving wife Annie, their daughters Chrystal, Carol, Candace, and their families. Any donations are greatly appreciated at this time. Thank you, and God bless you all.
