Helping the Strittmater Family

On November 30th, Erin was diagnosed with with stage 3 rectal cancer. She started chemotherapy on the 27th of December. She has a long road ahead which includes chemo, radiation, and surgery, but there is not doubt that she is going to beat this!

Lots of people have reached out to see how they can help. I approached Erin and Tad about setting up a "Go Fund Me." In true Stittmater form, they were reluctant to set up an account to ask for help. However, we all know that this is a family that would be the first to sign up to help others. I explained to Erin and Tad that lots of people want to help them, but are unsure of how to go about it. A "Go Fund Me" is an easy way for people to pull together as a community to make life a little easier for them in 2022. Together, we decided the goal would be to help pay their insurance deductible and some prescription co-pays. Personally, I have no doubt we can surpass this goal, and give the Strittmater Family extra resources to help them fight and BEAT cancer this upcoming year!
