Nick was such a young, vibrant and loving child. He loved playing with his 5 siblings, multiple cousins, and pets. He was 11 years old and had big dreams and goals for his life. On the morning of January 24, 2021 his parents found him not breathing and unresponsive. Every parents worst nightmare. After several scans, transports and bloodwork, they determined he had a bowel rupture and had sepsis. He was without oxygen for too long and was declared brain dead on the morning of January 25, 2021. 

As most of you can imagine, nobody is prepared for the loss of their child. Especially a young couple with 4 children. Nick’s parents will be
