Helping the Furtak family

A little over three years ago, Michael Furtak was diagnosed with stage 4 melanoma cancer. After going through treatments, he became stable, and was able to manage his cancer without it spreading. In those two years of stability, he got engaged to the love of his life, Brianne, they had a beautiful baby girl, and just this past July 2017, they got married and had a beautiful wedding. Almost exactly one month after their wedding, Mike started getting migraines, and went in to get some scans. In August, they found out the melanoma had spread to his brain. It has been months of trying different kinds of treatments, multiple seizures that have just continued to cause damage, and different approaches to beat this cancer. After his most recent seizure, his team of doctors and family feel the main focus now is to try and get him home, make him comfortable, and for him to be with his family until the end of his journey.

Mikes wife, Brianne, has been going back and forth between Delaware and New Jersey to be with her husband, as well as working. We would like to help do what we can to help relieve some of the financial stress for their family, so that they can all focus on being together, and help with any future medical or other needed expenses as they go through this.
