Help young Mohammed and his family to escape genocide

Ciao, mi chiamo Federica Carrer ( @federicacarrer ) e sto raccogliendo fondi per Mohammed, che ha 18 anni e insieme alla sua famiglia si trova attualmente intrappolato a Khan Yunis.

Tutti i fondi gli saranno inviati direttamente per aiutarlo a coprire le spese alimentari e per attraversare in sicurezza il confine egiziano insieme alla sua famiglia, che è composta da 5 persone: i suoi genitori Hashem e Rehan, suo fratello Mahmoud di 11 anni, sua sorella Nada di 16 e Mohammed, che ne ha 18.

Hanno un disperato bisogno di andarsene da lì, per la loro sicurezza e sopravvivenza.

Dal 7 ottobre tutti i miei sogni sono stati distrutti. La città in cui vivo è stata completamente distrutta, la mia scuola è stata bombardata.

Siamo stati costretti a trasferirci a sud di Gaza. Tuttavia, non ho perso la speranza nei miei studi e nei miei sogni, perciò ho portato i miei libri con me a sud per continuare a studiare lì.

Un giorno abbiamo ricevuto la notizia che la nostra casa era stata bombardata e completamente distrutta. Ora siamo senza casa. Da lì è stato molto difficile per mia madre, che soffre anche di pressione alta e diabete. Mio padre è devastato dall’aver faticato e risparmiato tanti anni per costruire casa nostra, che ora non esiste più. Non so come potremo mai ricostruire un'altra casa se non abbiamo un solo dollaro.

Mio padre lavorava nel commercio di mobili per la casa e ci ha sempre acquistato cibo di qualità, frutta e verdura, ma dopo il bombardamento del suo laboratorio non ha più potuto comprare niente.

Abbiamo iniziato a soffrire la fame."

Hello, my name is Federica Carrer ( @federicacarrer ) from Italy and I am fundraising for Mohammed and his family, who are currently trapped in Khan Yunis.

All funds will be sent to him directly in order to help with food costs and for his family to safely cross the Egyptian border, which including him consists of 5 members: his parents Hashem and Rehan, his little brother Mahmoud (11), his sister Nada (16) and Mohammed (18).

He desperately needs to leave for his own safety as well as the safety of his little brother and sister.

“I am Mohammed, 18 years old, secondary student who is supposed to go to his high school and get the desired rate. After it, start studing the speciality he dreams of.

Since 7th october all my dreams was killed.

I found my city I'm living in completely destroyed, my school...it was bombed.

We were forced to move to the South of Gaza. However, I did not lose hope in my studies and dreams, I took my books with me to the south to complete my studies there.

One day we received the news that our house had been bombed and completely destroyed. We were now homeless. It was a difficult moment for my mother. She lost her temper and suffered from high bood pressure and diabetes. My father was saddened by his fatigue and misery throughout his years, as he spent all his savings building this house.

I don't know how we will build another house when we don't have a single dollar.

My father used to work in the home furniture trade and used to bring us the finest food, fruit and vegetables, but after the bombing of his workshop, he no longer brought us anything.

We began to crave food.”
