With unimaginable heartbreak, we share the passing of our precious daughter, Michaela Elizabeth. She suffered a seizure in the early hours of this morning and, despite all efforts, went home to be with Jesus shortly after.

Michaela fought a brave and beautiful fight for so many years. She was strong, resilient, and so deeply loved. Our hearts are broken beyond words, but we take comfort in knowing she is now whole, healed, and at perfect peace — free from seizures, pain, and suffering.

She leaves behind her sweet baby girl, Coraline, who was the light of her life and her fiancé, Jordan. She is also survived by her parents Heather (Bobby) Marks and Brad (Raney) Long as well as her sisters Christina and Monica, and her brother Huni. We are committed to surrounding Coraline with all the love, care, and support she will ever need, and to honoring Michaela through her.

Please keep our family in your prayers as we walk through the hardest moment of our lives.

We will share funeral arrangements once they are finalized. We are also setting up this GoFundMe to help with funeral expenses and to establish a trust fund for Coraline in the days ahead.
