I wasn’t initially aware of the very long wait time for being able to transfer and have access to donations. We won’t be able to use donations for over a week and we have immediate needs for some funds. Hello,

My name is Ashley and I am a wife and Mother of 2 little girls 8 and 4 years old.

I am here desperately asking for you to help my family in any way possible.

My husband served in the US Coast Guard as an IT for 12 years before he was medically/Honarably discharged and we moved back to our home state of Louisiana.

For the last two years he has worked for the IRS as an IT. Due to the recent mass DOGE federal employee firings he was without notice let go.

He has despratelty been seeking employment and in the meantime without steady income we are losing everything including our housing.

Our cellphones are due to be cut off on May 17th which is the only way I can work delivery driving and is how we feed the children each day and is also his connection to applying for jobs and doing interviews.

Every single item the four of us have ever owned is currently in a storage unit that is now past due and is scheduled to be auctioned off June 3rd if we cant pay in full before.

At the end of May we also face homelessness, if we arent able to financially secure a new home or hotel we will be faced with surrendereding our little girls for their safety and my husband and I will be living in our vehicle or shelters.

I'm emotional and embarrassed to have to rely on others to survive the next few weeks but I'm setting my pride aside and reaching out to everyone to ask to share this as far as you can even if you cant donate yourself.
