Every day, the volunteers at Save Our Wildlife Foundation Inc. work tirelessly to care for South Australia's native wildlife. Since September 2023, our dedicated Wildlife Rescue Ambulance has been a lifeline, responding to over 1,000 calls for help – from a kangaroo joey injured in a car accident to a bird tangled in netting, a koala hit by a car, and a sick possum in need of immediate care and so many more

Right now, our wildlife ambulance – the vehicle that helps us answer these calls – is out of commission.

Without it, the survival chances for animals like the koala with a broken leg, the orphaned baby bird, and the echidna in distress are greatly reduced. With extreme weather increasing the demand for rescues, every moment off the road means more animals are left without help.

We are a 100% volunteer-run charity, and we rely entirely on the generosity of people like you to continue our work. As we don’t receive government funding, your support is crucial in helping us maintain our rescue efforts.

We need to raise $25,000 AUD to replace our Wildlife Ambulance so we can continue to give our native wildlife a fighting chance of survival.
