I'm reaching out to ask for your support in creating a special space for the children at our school. The EYFS/KS1 children and the WSM team have come up with the idea of creating a sensory room for KS1 pupils,

A sensory room provides a calm, safe, and supportive environment where children can engage their senses to help improve focus, regulate emotions, and reduce stress. This kind of space is especially valuable for children with autism, ADHD, or other sensory processing challenges, allowing them to thrive both emotionally and academically.

Unfortunately, creating this space requires funding, and that’s where you come in! Your donation will help us to purchase sensory equipment such as calming lights, soft furniture, tactile objects, and other resources!

Every child deserves the chance to feel comfortable, understood, and supported in their learning journey. With your generous help, we can give these children the tools they need to succeed,

Tinies playgroup will also be doing a fundraiser for the sensory room project on Friday 21st November at the Civic Centre so please save the date and more details will follow soon!
