Hi my name is Stefanie and I am fundraising for my friend Tristan who was diagnosed with liver cancer just a few months ago.
He is the most amazing friend and human I have been fortunate to know; his compassion and selfless acts give him a special place in so
many lives. 
Although, as today's update informed everyone, Tristan passed away late last night. We will miss him tremendously.
Tristan is survived by his loving mother, sister, and partner.
