A family friend has been living in a nightmare for the last month.  Their 14 year old daughter became ill with the flu in early January, which turned into pneumonia and she has been on ECMO for over a month now.  Unimaginable expenses are adding up for the family as they support her through this.  The family lives out of state and has been traveling back and forth, as well as living at her bedside.  While at the hospital a few days ago their home was broken into and they are now having to deal with the losses that has created.  While this is not at the top of their list for concerns, we wanted to reach out to help raise money to assist them in recovering losses as well as provide funding for hotels, travel and food while they continue in this journey.  As of right now they are not sure how much longer she will be hospitalized and any assistance will help.  Prayers as well as money are appreciated.
