Hi, my name is Francesca, and I am setting up this fundraiser for the Segura family. A week ago, a fire destroyed the third floor and extensively damaged the entire house, rendering it unlivable for at least a year. Nine of my family members—my grandmother Sonia; my grandfather Axel, who is a three-time liver transplant survivor; my three uncles, Alex, Lito, and Danny; my two aunts, Samantha, who is 6 months pregnant, and Ashley; and my two cousins, Danny Jr., who is 3 months old, and Audrianna, who is 12 years old—are all displaced. Most affected are my aunt, uncle, and baby cousin who lived on the third floor and lost all of their belongings in the fire. This has been devastating for my family, as they have lived in this multi-generational house for almost thirty years.
