Angela and her family are navigating a challenging time in their lives. After losing their home, they’ve worked hard to secure temporary shelter where they can begin the process of rebuilding. Currently, Angela, Charles, and their son are staying at the shelter, while Moraveian, their 19-year-old daughter, is staying with my family. This not only provides her with stability but also opens up a bed for someone else in need.

Their Story

Since September 1st, they’ve been relying on the shelter as a stepping stone to regain stability and seek out resources to move forward.

Angela, 45, is the heart of her family. She’s a devoted mother who has always cared for her husband, Charles, and their two children. Charles, 51, faces Huntington’s Disease, narcolepsy, and a brain injury but remains hardworking and committed to his family. Their children, Charlie (14) and Moraveian (19), both live with disabilities, which adds complexity to the family’s journey.
