Tami and Pirata just relocated to NewOrleans due to hurricane Maria making it impossible to return to Vieques.
Bravely they in a short time have been adjusting to this change.
There was a fire in her apartment building causing her apartment to be unlivable and all her things ruined.
They will need to restart, finding a new place, or, relocating again.
