Help T get their titties off!

Hello - My name is Lo, and my partner T is one of those people who doesn't like asking for help. Luckily - or maybe unluckily - I am their partner, and I don't mind begging. I ask real sweetly, too.

T is non-binary transmasc and has been taking T (I know, it's funny) for about 6 months now. I cannot overstate how good being on T has been for their mental health - I am so proud of the little lad for taking this step. We live together in London.

However, the honka honkas are getting in the way a tad. They still feel uncomfortable with their chest out, even in private at home, and I am feeling so sad for them - especially the T sweats, iykyk. I don't think they can do another summer with boobs, they are so distressed. I can't stress how life-saving this surgery would be for them - binding is really hard for them, and only getting harder since being on hormones.

This time last year, thanks to a benefit backpayment, T had enough in their savings to afford their top surgery. However, things happen in life and due to a couple of really unfortunate (but inescapable) hurdles, they had to stop working and, well... we all know what happens in a cost of living crisis. The last of it was consumed when we lost our flat in June and had to move with our two delightful pets. Yes there are pictures of the animals, keep on reading.

We are currently talking to a surgeon who is able to do their surgery, though there's no date set as of yet. It is in Spain, so this sum includes the price of the surgery plus some of the cost of travel and lodging there. We are covering as much as we possibly can ourselves. The money will go towards: consultations with the doctor, the surgery, the recovery period, and travel and lodging in Spain.

As you can tell, I adore this little guy and I just want them to be the happiest and most themselves possible. They have survived a lot and continue, somehow, to be the sunniest, loveliest lad you ever did meet. They have always been so supportive of me and I want to support them. They even dressed as a priest so I could sing latin at people at a rave - king behaviour I fear.

T is disabled and sometimes struggles to do all they want to and love to do - the literal weight on their chest definitely doesn’t help - but gosh darn do they try their hardest and get involved as often as they can. They're turning 30 in August and I'd love to have this campaign on its way (at least a little) as a birthday present.

If you could spare a little to help support T in their journey, we'd both be so grateful. We are not asking you to spend more than you can, we really aren't, and we're including our own savings in this pot as much as possible. If you're not able to spare anything, a share or a message of support is more than enough. We love you whatever happens.

We're also conscious that there is SO MUCH going on in the world right now - there are many campaigns on here and in other places that deserve donations as well. The attack on trans rights, the genocide in Gaza, climate collapse, and much more. The world is really hard and really scary. I'd love to help T achieve what they can to feel comfortable in their own skin, and I am hoping that they can be in a place that they can do even more to give back to those around them.
