Our very good friend Susan Fuchs lost most of her possessions in a devastating fire at her home on Thursday night, Jan. 23. Fortunately, she is surrounded by a community that has enormous love for her and she has good insurance coverage. But as we know, insurance doesn't cover the thousands of dollars' worth of essential items needed over weeks and months after a traumatic event like this.
