We've decided to start this go fund me page to help our dearest friend Michelle. Any donation would be greatly appreciated.
Michelle is a hardworking woman, through no fault of her own, has fallen on very hard times. In the last year, Michelle suffered a back injury which kept her from working. Consequently, Michelle exhausted her EI benefits. On top this, Michelle has been diagnosed with breast cancer which will require months of chemotherapy and radiation treatments. Michelle will have to travel over 4 hours to Thunder Bay for her treatments and will have to pay her own expenses for travel, meals, hotels etc. These treatments can leave her weak and in need of assistance with daily activities, this will also leave her with a compromised immune system, and in this time of covid 19, it will prevent her from returning to gainful employment.
Michelle is a kind-hearted loving friend, who would not hesitate to help someone in need. We all know how difficult and stressful it is to be under tremendous financial strain and need. We would like to help reduce some of the financial burden that she now finds herself with. We hope by alleviating some of the financial stress, she can focus on getting well and healing. To love is to give.
