We are reaching out today with heavy hearts to ask for your help for Jim Knapp and his family.

Jim recently suffered a stroke, along with serious medical complications.  He was just released from the hospital and facing a long, difficult road to recovery that will require months of intensive rehabilitation.

Jim is the definition of a family man. A devoted husband, loving father of four beautiful children, and a loyal friend, Jim has spent his entire adult life working tirelessly to provide for his family. As a construction worker, Jim often traveled far from home and worked demanding jobs to make ends meet — a sacrifice he made without hesitation because his family always came first.

Now, Jim needs us to rally around him.

Because Jim’s work is physical and project-based, when he is not actively working, he does not receive a paycheck. To make matters even more difficult, Jim’s medical coverage will soon be ending, leaving his family responsible for the enormous costs of continued care, therapy, and rehabilitation.

To know Jim is to love him. When a family member was in urgent need, Jim didn’t hesitate — he dropped everything, caught a plane, and showed up to help without a second thought. That’s the kind of man he is: selfless, courageous, and unwavering in his love and loyalty to family.
