Hello, my name is Veronica Lye and I really appreciate you taking the time to read the update on my son Jared Rivera. Jared was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer that spread to his liver and lungs May of 2021. Throughout the long process, Jared has continued to fight but unfortunately chemo, radiation, and clinical trials have failed. Jared is tired and his body has been through a lot and his wish is to come home (Washington). If you know Jared then you know he’s a fighter and this has been a huge fight, but he’s ready to come home and be with family and friends. We are working on getting him home and comfortable. We are asking for prayers from family and friends and any amount you are willing to contribute is greatly appreciated to help transition Jared to Washington. Above all please pray for Jared and our family.
