Hello. My name is Shane 'Boogeyman' Huffman and I'm creating this to reach out to ask for help during an extremely difficult time. All funds collected are going to help my mother for the funeral cost due to her not having burial insurance

My mother, Elizabeth Stinson-Sigman, is currently in the hospital. She has been in the hospital for 64 days battling severe, life-threatening conditions. Several times, we almost lost her and were told it was time to say goodbye. We were also at times given hopeful news that she might recover. Unfortunately, after numerous surgeries, we have reached the point there is nothing more that can be done. Our mother is only 63 years old, my brothers and I thought we would have more time together with her. Instead, we have heartbreakingly watched her condition deteriorate and her suffer in constant pain.

On the evening of March 1, 2025, the decision was made to move her to hospice care so she would no longer be suffering for her remaining days.

Unfortunately, we recently discovered her life insurance lapsed therefore leaving us with the uncertainty of how to cover expenses. My brothers and I never thought we would be facing this so soon and are not prepared emotionally or financially.

I am asking for help, for assistance, to cover funeral/burial/memorial expenses so my brothers and I can give our mother a beautiful and proper farewell. Please help us if possible to cover these expenses. Any little bit helps. Your help and assistance would greatly help relieve some of the stress and worry so we can focus our attention on spending every possible moment with our mom, creating as many last minute memories as we can, showering her with love and support and simply cherishing the time we have left with her.

Funds will also go towards helping cover loss of wages and travel expenses so I am able to take time off work to travel from Arkansas to Longview, TX in order to spend the final days with my mother.

Elizabeth has five boys she loves tremendously, is Grandma to several grandchildren and has numerous family members who love her dearly.

I, Shane, am a combat veteran and a member of the AR CVMA. I am also reaching out in hopes my fellow CVMA brothers and family could please band together and lend their help and support during this devastating time.
