She has been repeatedly denied federal support from the USDA — with no written explanation, no appeals process, and no relief.
Her crops failed. Her losses were confirmed. But instead of a lifeline, she received a cold phone call saying simply:
“No payment is due.”

This is not just a bureaucratic failure — it's a betrayal. While large corporations and foreign-owned farms receive subsidies and support, small farmers like Dr. Keel are being driven to the brink.
