Help Sammy Kick Cancer’s Butt! ♥️

Hello! My name is Ashlynn and I’m the proud momma of a seven year old Great Pyrenees/Red Heeler mix named Sammy ♥️ Sammy came into my life in 2020 and completely saved and changed my life in so many ways. I’d just lost my grandpa, I moved out of my parent’s house, and I wasn’t working due to Covid. Sammy kept me going and loved me the way no one else could. He is my soulmate in dog form. I’ve truly never felt a purer love. 

In June of last year, Sammy was diagnosed with Lymphoma, a cancer of the lymph nodes. We were so blessed to raise enough money to pay for his initial treatments and medications the last time. It’s why he’s alive today.

Today, I reach out to you again and ask for your help. It’s not always easy for me to ask for support, but I will quite literally face anything for Sammy. In 2023 I was forced to leave my job due to a number of chronic illnesses that make my life difficult. Sammy’s dad, Nathan, is the only person in our household making money currently. Today, I spent the last of Sammy’s money from last year on today’s oncology bill. A full round of chemotherapy alone costs upwards of $4,000. 

Sammy is facing 9 additional weeks of treatment and daily medications if we can manage to raise the funds to do it again. Our vet is confident that he’ll tolerate the treatment just as well as the last time and hopefully keep the cancer at bay. The first treatment is scheduled for February 25th.
