On Christmas Eve, I was involved in a car wreck that turned my world upside down. I was shocked to discover that my insurance had been canceled without my knowledge, leaving me responsible for all the damages to my car. On top of that, I still have to keep up with my car payment, start a new insurance policy, and cover other unexpected expenses. As a full-time college student with a part-time job, this situation has made it incredibly difficult to manage my daily responsibilities and finances.
Without my car, getting to school and work has become a daily struggle. I’ve had to rely on others for rides, which isn’t always reliable and means I’m constantly trying to coordinate my schedule with theirs. I also have to provide gas money to those helping me, which adds to my financial stress. Having my car repaired would mean I could regain my independence, get to class and work on my own, and focus on my education and job without the constant worry of transportation.
I am reaching out for help because I am struggling financially and don’t have much support to get my car fixed. Any and all donations are deeply appreciated and will go directly toward getting me back on the road, so I can continue working toward my goals and supporting myself through college.
