Help Roddy support and move his mom and sister

Reason for help
I've never asked for help before but I believe I have reached a point where help is needed. My mom and sister currently live in an unsafe home. The heat and ac do not work and over years of hoarding, my mother is drowning in trash and stuff. It would pain her to have anyone come over and see the state of the house and how bad it has become.
My plan is to clean up the house and try to save what we can of my mother's stuff. I want to move her and my sister to Greensboro so that they can live near me and I can help them with doctor's appointments, medications, and just general day-to-day things.
We are looking into Steri-Clean to help with this process but the amount required for the service is huge. I know the number I'm asking for is a lot, but all the proceeds will go to paying for the trash and cleanup and to move my mom and sister closer to me. My husband and I are able to help out in a small way financially, but any amount will help us provide a safe, healthy, and happy environment for my mom and sister.
Backstory
In 2004, my sister Melody and her youngest son, Sean, died in a car accident. This hit the family very hard and my mother has never recovered. My mom and dad tried to keep things together as best they could and were successful to a certain degree.
My father passed away in 2011 from lung cancer and my mom has not been able to recover since. Living off a small amount per month, she and my sister have limped along as best as they can. My mother is in poor health and can't stand on her own anymore. I don't feel comfortable with her and my sister living in that house in the state it is in. I want to have them closer so I can take care of them and help them with whatever they need.
