Hi guys, my name is Fernanda and I created this fund-raising to support my long time friend Renata and her family after Ciclone Alfred destroyed her house.

In name of the family I come to update you all that Renata and her family are extremely grateful for all the donations and words of support. And now, after a lot of moving around, they have finally found a long term rental while their house will be rebuilt. A process that will take 1 to 2 years time.

The fund will now go straight to Renata so they can start buying the furniture/appliances for their home as well as replacing clothes, toys and anything they find necessary to move on with their life. Again, in the name of the Brunton's , thank you so much for your generosity.

On Friday, March 7th, our dear friend Renata, her husband Joel, and their two little boys lost their home.

Just hours after they left their home in Tugun, a massive tree came crashing down, tearing straight through their house. In an instant, their family home—the place filled with love, laughter, and memories—was destroyed. The force of the impact was devastating, and the relentless rain that followed ruined what little remained.

Renata and Joel are the kind of people who always put others first—always the first to lend a hand, offer a kind word, or bring people together. Now, they need us.

While insurance will eventually help rebuild, that support is months away. Right now, they don'thave much. Their boys need stability, warmth, and a sense of security after this nightmare.

Every donation, no matter how small, will help them take the first steps toward rebuilding their lives. Let’s come together and show Renata and her family the same love and generosity they’ve shared with so many.

Oi pessoal, meu nome é Fernanda e criei essa vaquinha para apoiar minha amiga de longa data, Renata, e sua família, após o Ciclone Alfred destruir a casa deles.

Em nome da família, venho atualizar vocês dizendo que a Renata e sua família estão extremamente agradecidos por todas as doações e palavras de apoio. E agora, depois de muita mudança, eles finalmente conseguiram alugar uma casa por longo prazo, enquanto a casa deles será reconstruída — um processo que levará de 1 a 2 anos.

Os valores arrecadados agora irão diretamente para a Renata, para que eles possam começar a comprar móveis e eletrodomésticos para o novo lar, além de roupas, brinquedos e tudo o que for necessário para recomeçarem suas vidas.

Na sexta-feira, 7 de março, nossa querida amiga Renata, seu marido Joel e seus dois menininhos perderam sua casa.

Poucas horas depois de saírem de casa, uma árvore enorme desabou, destruindo sua residência em Tugun. Em um instante, o lar cheio de amor, risadas e memórias foi destruido. O impacto foi devastador, e a chuva incessante que se seguiu arruinou o que restou.

Renata e Joel são o tipo de pessoas que sempre colocam os outros em primeiro lugar—sempre prontos para ajudar, oferecer uma palavra amiga ou reunir a comunidade. Agora, eles precisam de nós.

Embora o seguro vá ajudar na reconstrução, esse apoio ainda levará meses para chegar. Neste momento, eles precisam de nós!
