Help Recover Essential Equipment for Our Home

BETRAYED BY TRUST: MY FIGHT TO RECOVER ESSENTIAL PROPERTY

I was deceived by a “friend”. He manipulated me into selling my excavator for less than half its value, to help him start a business. I had ONE stipulation. I have access to it when it wasn’t being used… He lied.

The excavator is NOT a luxury item. My body has been worn down from decades, yes decades of physical labor. This excavator is essential for maintain our forever home/property. We bought it in 2016 as a fixer-upper, and it still requires a lot of attention. It is used for snow removal, gravel driveway maintenance, flood prevention, tree and grounds management, future projects and much more for our forever home. (My body barely even allows me to manually dig a hole anymore)

Evidence I have clearly shows that this person (friend) never intended to start a business. His sole purpose was to acquire my equipment cheaply and sell it for profit. HAD I SIMPLY WANTED TO SELL IT, I WOULD HAVE DONE SO MYSELF AT FULL MARKET VALUE!

The deception is unlike anything I’ve experienced.

A compassionate veteran housing advocate who runs, homeforaveteran.org was also misled as an investor in this scheme.

She and I are now working together to recover my Escavator but I need help.
