Help Pay Tribute to the Memory of Elliott Bazan

Hello,

My name is Theron Alcazar and I am the nephew of Elliott Bazan.

Unfortunately, we're writing this today to talk about the very unexpected passing of Elliott on Thursday, March 21st. We've started this GoFundMe to help ease some of the burden and expenses that was left behind on Veronica, his loving wife, and his son Ian from his passing. Elliott was the primary provider for his family and worked extremely hard to support all of his loved ones.

There is not enough time or space to talk about how much love and influence he had spread during his time on earth as a son, an uncle, a brother, a leader, and as a father.

Elliott Bazan is continued on through the love of his life and his son, Veronica and Ian Bazan. He is also survived on by his three sisters Liz, Lila, Evelyn, and two brothers Steve and Eli.

He is also continuing his legacy through the rest of the extended Bazan family and the countless brothers he affected from being one of the 7 founders of the Omega Delta Phi fraternity at Texas Tech University in 1987. It was one of the first multi-racial fraternities to be founded at Texas Tech and it has continued to grow and spread to over 82 campuses and it has become one of largest multi-cultural fraternities in the United States.

The funds generated from this account will help give Veronica and Ian peace of mind as they navigate this hard and emotional time. As you can imagine, they will be faced with the costs of the funeral, navigating the aftermath, and the other finances that remain in their day-to-day to life.
