Help Otto Afford Top Surgery

Hello comrades, it's Otto! I'm delighted (and also very nervous) to be asking my communities for financial help with my upcoming surgery. I FINALLY have top surgery on the books, and those of you that know me intimately know that I've been working towards this amid an insurance hell hole for 15 months now. But now, the time has come!! On May 10th my cute little biddies will be sliced off of my body for good, and I'm over the moon about it. This will be a life-changing upgrade for me!

I've been working as an independent contractor for myself in the trades for over a year now (I love it, but it comes with its challenges). My day job entails lots of lifting and bending and finagling, and unfortunately, there is no sick leave! As such, I am asking for support while I recover from top surgery since I will be unable to manage the physical upkeep of this line of business. I am hoping to raise enough money to cover the cost of post-op and pre-op supplies, as well as two months' rent, food costs and lost wages.

I can't wait for the feeling of laying outside in the sun with my shirt off in a body that feels like it can hold me closer than it ever has. Thank you for your support, if you can afford it <3
