My name is Terrah Abbey, and in my professional role I am part of the Nursing Department in Isle of Wight County Schools. I am creating this fundraiser on behalf of someone who means so much to our school community.

Stephanie Marshall is a registered nurse who has been the faithful and beloved heart of Georgie Tyler Middle School for the past five years. She is the person students, staff, and families trust. She always offers care, comfort, and compassion to anyone who walks through her door.

Even more important than the role she serves at school, Stephanie is a devoted mom to Haley and Levi and a loving wife to Jonny.

Recently, Stephanie was diagnosed with cancer and has undergone surgery to have her kidney removed. As you can imagine, the medical bills are quickly piling up, and the financial strain on her family is very real on top of the emotional and physical challenges she is facing.

Stephanie has spent her career giving selflessly to others, always putting the needs of those around her first. Now, she and her family need our help.
