help my winnie girl

hello everyone. my name is mercedes and i recently rescued this dog that has been camping out on someone's porch for days and nights. i'm not sure anything about this poor babygirl i would love to take her to the vet to get her wounds treated and get information on her. i couldn't get great pictures but her head is wounded her ears and very dry and scabby her tail is missing fur she has marks under her arms. honestly it looks like she was dumped she was very scared to come out when i found her. i'm trying to raise enough money to take her to vet and get her spayed. anything will help me i just need a push start. i love animals and i rescued her because the area she was in she would've been eaten by wildlife or the heat would've gotten to her. i have two boy dogs as it is so i need her spayed asap. she obviously needs to go to the vet so i can get basic info on her and get her wounds treated. it was very hard to get pictures of her since she is very skittish but you can see her head in the photo and her ears she does have other wounds maybe from flies and mosquitoes ? i'm not sure.
