Hi, my name is Monica, and I’m reaching out with deep humility and hope. Just two months ago, I asked for help after my dad passed away. The love and support I received meant everything to me. I truly wish I didn’t have to ask again—but right now, my mom is in critical condition, and I’m struggling to cover her care.

My mom is currently admitted at Makati Medical Center due to severe delirium and complications from uncontrolled diabetes. She’s a U.S. citizen and a retired woman with no insurance, which has made this experience even more overwhelming. The doctors are doing their best, but she now needs extra support, including treatment from a nutritionist and endocrinologist—services that come with out-of-pocket costs I simply can’t afford alone.

I’m so sorry to come to you again. I never want to be a burden. I’m just doing everything I can to keep my mom safe, stable, and cared for during this incredibly difficult time.
