My grandparents have always been there for our family, offering love and support through every challenge. Recently, my grandma had to undergo emergency surgery and is still in the hospital recovering. This has been a difficult time for both of them, especially as my grandfather travels back and forth to be by her side every day. They are both on a fixed income, and the unexpected medical bills, along with the added travel and living expenses, have created a heavy financial burden.
