Hi everyone,

My name is Lois Nayema Bentum and I’m from Altadena, California. I’m starting this GoFundMe for my dad, Willie Muhammad. He’s far too proud to admit but he really needs help. My father is disabled with stage 3 rheumatoid arthritis and lost absolutely everything in the Eaton fire. His generational home on Marengo Ave and Athens Ave. has been reduced to ashes. When he evacuated he only left with the clothes on his back. Moments before, in his weakened state, he attempted to hose down the roof but was unsuccessful and had to flee. He has nothing. He has been donating to others but he NEEDS assistance. As his daughter it’s hard to see him suffer and I’m not too proud to know when to ask for help. I kindly ask for any donations to help him get on his feet and rebuild his livelihood. All the funds will go to him directly, as well as assist my mom who has been evacuated and displaced.
