Hi, my name is Cherie Bennett, and I’m honored to have qualified to represent Team USA at the North American Powerlifting Federation (NAPF) Bench Press Championships this October in Panama. It’s a major milestone in my powerlifting journey!

I'm a 63kg lifter who's trained tirelessly to get here, but like many others affected by recent USAID program cuts, I lost my job in February due to the stop-work order. Since then, I've been doing everything I can to stay afloat while remaining committed to my training and powerlifting goals despite the mental and financial toll this has taken.

Now, with this incredible opportunity to compete internationally, I’m asking for your support to help me get there. Travel, lodging, and competition expenses are more than I can cover right now on my own, and I don’t want this opportunity to pass me by.
