Help Mary Ann get through a financial crisis

Hello Colleagues:

Mary Ann, our hardworking, sunny, helpful housekeeper at NMC Women’s Center, is going through a very tough time. The water pipes in her 1970’s home burst and she and her family are living out of a one room hotel until they can be fixed. Mary Ann doesn’t make much money, but she is very hard working and keeps the Women’s Center clean and workable for all of us. She works 5 days per week which includes every weekend shift. Mary Ann and her husband are supporting their daughter while she finishes her degree and lives with them. Mary Ann was able to borrow $10k from the bank, but the repair costs are $14,000.
