Help Marvina & Trans Friends Find Safe Shelter, Basic Needs

Hello, my name is Marvina, I am a transgender woman and also a group leader of 7 other transgender people. We are seeking help to facilitate our urgent relocation from the refugee camp to find a safe house, since the government of South Sudan and host community has asked all the LGBTQ refugees to relocate to urban areas, without any assistance. And so we are asking for your help to find accommodation, basic necessities, and medical care, especially for some of our sisters on HIV medications. Hello, my name is Zeno, and I’ll be hosting this fundraiser for Marvina since her country is unsupported by Gofundme at the moment. Marvina reached out to me via Instagram around the time they were told to leave the refugee camp, and soon after, one of her friends developed Typhoid Fever and needed help paying for medical attention. Traditional charities will not benefit them the same as the other cisgender heterosexual refugees, as their face discrimination from the organization that is supposed to provide them support and refuge.
