Hello my dear friends,

I am Marcos's mom and we are looking for support with his upcoming ACL/meniscus knee surgery. He was following his snowboarding passion when he took a hard landing on his knees. Many of you know that Marcos lives in his van and works at Mt. Baker, WA during the winter. He was hoping to go fishing in Cordova, AK this summer, but that is not an option now. He has been unable to work since April. In June he will have knee surgery and will need a place to recover afterward. I will be going down to Bellingham to help him with the surgery and recovery. We are looking for a place to rent for a healthy recovery. We are hopeful to raise money to help with the out-of-pocket medical expenses, monthly rental fees, and my travel expenses. We would appreciate any support you may be able to provide to us.
