Help Mama Jo Beat Cancer

Hi everyone! My name is Isabelle and I am Mama Jo's daughter. I am fundraising money to help my mom who was recently diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Jennifer Jo Waters (AKA Mama Jo) is a mother of 3 (two boys and one girl) who renovates and flips houses for a living, but due to covid and her recent diagnosis of thyroid cancer, she has not been able to work. To be able to afford her medical bills and pay for her surgery to have her thyroid and tumor removed, she will have to pay mostly out of pocket because her insurance company is not approving many of the various medical treatments that she needs. As I said before, I created this GoFundMe in order to raise money so that my mom will have money to pay for necessities like groceries, medical bills, and anything else to help support her through these hard times.

If you asked anyone who knows Mama Jo what she is like, they would say that she is the kind of person to give to others even if she does not have much for herself. From helping those in the homeless communities of her hometown, Savannah, Ga, to building homes for the villages of Nairobi, Kenya in Africa, my mom's warmth and kindness has truly been spread across the globe. With this being said, I would like to reach out to her friends, family, and other supporters for help and to give back to Mama Jo. Whether it be a small donation or large, please consider donating to help this mom, friend, and wonderful woman.
