Help Luis with Medical Expense

Our Manager, Luis Vazquez, has breathing issues from a broken nose and deviated septum due to an assault by an adult he suffered as a boy in North Carolina. This problem has plagued him for years and doctors are now recommending  surgery to correct his situation,  including the removal of his tonsils that have been found to be abnormal.  This expense is beyond his means and your thoughtful gift would be a huge blessing to him. His surgery is scheduled for November 9th.
